Feeding, Dosing, Size Reducing: All in one!

Application

• Designed for even feeding of wet, sticky and abrasive materials.
• Suitable for DSB gypsum, scrap gypsum boards, land plaster, group gypsum rock
• Other applications include cement, paper sludge, clay fine wet and chemicals
• Capable of reducing large lumps with MOHS hardness <4 to less than 80mm

• Modular design for single, double and triple versions made from standard 4 shaft modules
• Cast spirals of high chrome iron for high wear and corrosion resistance
• Variable frequency drives to control the feed rates
• Capable of achieving mass flow in bins with different standard spiral designs

Options

• Slide floors for easy cleaning between runs of different materials
• Spiral types: full circle and notched
• Cross shafts for reducing or shredding of large lumps
• Various discharge options to suit specific requirements (front, rear and centre)
• Low friction linings for very sticky materials
